Jacy’s homemade granola recipe. We get excited when she makes it for the team morning meetings! Now you can have a taste too.
Enjoy plain or on top of your favorite yogurt, ice cream or simply add milk like cereal.
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teasp vanilla
Bring those 3 items to a boil, mix then pour over rest of these ingredients below.
1 cup sun flower seeds
2 cups oat meal
1 cup sweetened coconut
1 cup chopped nuts (Jacy uses walnuts)
1 cup slivered almonds
Simply spray your pan (large cookie sheet).
Mix it up and lay on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or only 15 min if you like it chewy.
