A few local folks started this tradition a few years back, when combining the need for perishable foods for the homeless and the crave for creativity. We would love if YOU joined in the fun this year to be part of the Prevent Hunger campaign! Let us start with the details…
WHAT: A uniquely creative business mixer with a philanthropic twist. Complimentary happy hour + networking with community-minded professionals + donation drive that is it’s own party game. Partnering with Interfaith Outreach to meet local hunger needs as part of the Prevent Hunger campaign.
WHERE: Among the really cool cars on the showroom floor of
Sears Imported Auto, 13500 Wayzata Blvd, Minnetonka. (Biz @ Benz will be so much fun!)
WHEN: Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 4:30PM – 7:00PM.
Can you come? We would love for you to REGISTER so we know how many treats and drinks to have.
How to participate:
EASIEST: Just show up! Meet some great people, enjoy happy hour and apps catered by The District Fresh Kitchen, compliments of Sears Imported Auto. Bring donations, non-perishable food items or cash graciously accepted.
EASY: Join the Wayzata Chamber’s Young Professional creation building team. You’re still just showing up with a donation, but think items that will fit into their creation theme of ________, have a drink and jump into the creation building fun.
EASY-ish: Be a champion and rally your business, or friends, to enter a Donation Creation of your own! There are no rules, just collect food donations, bring them in and build something fun. Prizes for the most creative Creations! (Space is available starting at 3:00 for set up, useful if your creation is awesome and needs more time).
